As GSA Chair, I will exercise decisive and strategic leadership, focusing on these four priorities:
1. Ensure that both academic-year and summer funding for grad students is preserved, and guaranteed to the maximum extent possible, in spite of uncertainty in federal funding.
2. Communicate feedback with faculty on topics including, but not limited to, graduate course availability and TA/RA expectations.
3. Run GSA efficiently as an organization to maximize impact per member time spent.
4. Empower GSA members to advocate and develop specific recommendations for positive departmental change through Task Forces.
